Why the Super Nintendo sucksSuper Nintendo Sonic Mario Console War Genesis Does What Nintendon't This is NOT parody nor sarcasm not at all!There are many reasons why the Super Nintendo is the worst video game system ever released. For one, it was because of the moderate success of the Super Nintendo that the video gamer had the bear the terrible systems that came after it, from the Virtual Boy, to Nintendo 64DD, to Game Boy Micro, and to Nintendo DS. Another reason was because of how poor the soundboard of the NES was. Compare the Ghostbusters of the Master System to the one for NES and you'll understand the difference. Have someone play Star Fox and one will understand even more clearly how bad the sound was with the Super Nintendo system.Yet another reason why the Super Nintendo is the worst video game system of all time was because of the excessive amount of bad games that were part of its catalogue. The only memorable piece of game play to come from the SNES had to have been Yoshi's Safari with the Super Scope and it's innovative light gun technology. Other than this though, most Super Nintendo games were utterly forgettable. Super Metroid was a shameful excuse for a side scrolling fighting game especially with the poor idea of consistently not knowing where to go taking up the bulk of the game. UniRacers became boring quick with its excessive amount of levels which were never cool regardless of the inscrutable unicycles that you played as. The list of bad games could go on and on for the Super Nintendo. Mario tried valiantly to compete with Sonic but was crushed under the weight of its lack of innovation compared to the largess hedgehog.In very simple terms, the Super Nintendo was the kid from school who tried to be cool, but everyone knew he was gay. There was often talk of "Console Wars" between The Sega Genesis and the SNES, but we are sure that the movie theaters knew nothing about it. Again, its like a kid at school who wants to be cool trying to start a war with someone cooler, and the cooler kid having no idea who the loser was in the first place. Every game that was released between the SNES and the Genesis, the SNES version was worse in all aspects from the gameplay to the overall size of the cartridge. Every original game that Genesis released was amazing and innovative by failed attempts at sucking. That the Nintendo malediction carried on to all of its subsequent systems is no surprise with the Super Nintendo never winning any timeless success for itself. Blaster Master NESBlaster Master BM NES Speed run Super Nintendo Entertainment System game video amazing sunsoftThis is a great game. I've played it pretty much my whole life and I can still pick it up from time to time and have a lot of fun. This is a speed run, under 1 hour isn't bad at all imo. My first NES capture card video, came out at over 4 gigs. I think it looks pretty good being compressed to under 100 mb :).
