This version is almost impossible to find now. Not even ebay is shelling these out often enough! I really don't know what to say. It's so hard to find one now it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.Well Action Replay, a game modifier being sold a lot of electronic stores like Best Buy or Future shop will contain a NEW version of AR. As you know, they have stopped allowing manual code entry so you CANNOT put in your own codes-- Total suckage.I located one of these on Ebay about half a year ago, and took quite a steep price tag, but I procured an older disk. (Take heed that if you are going to ebay to search for the MAX disk, you may find yourself shelling out $50 starting!!). This version of AR is no longer being manufactured and is quite rare. This Demonstration was made approximately at the time the new version was about to be released, replacing this old one.My FAQ to get a quick start.Q: "Where can I get Action Replay?" (I get this A LOT. Too much to say...)A: You buy it, or borrow it from a friend of whatever the case may be. If you are looking to buy this AR I have, you are going to have to look hard. These disks are NOT being created anymore. Chances of finding one is so low I cant even guess. Just hope to gosh you bought one a year or two ago and forgot about it :(Q: I bought action replay but it doesn't work. Why?A: It also comes with a memory card with a purple "AR" marked in a circle. It is black, you need this for any codes to work. Put this in Slot B if you wish.Q: How do I enter codes?A: Just like shown. This is ONLY for version 1.11, 1.14 and etc-- the old AR disks. Again, 1.2 and up you cannot do this step.Q: "I don't see an add new code option. I got scammed! What's with that?!"A: Like many people haven't found out already, the Wii/Gamecube Action replay is v1.2. YOU CANNOT PUT IN ANY CODES LIKE SHOWN HERE if you got this new disk. I cannot express this enough.Q: "Will this work on my system?"A: It was designed to work an any Gamecube capable of playing games. This was also the case for the Wii, but firmware updates stopped this old one from running on it.Q: "I need help it won't work for me".A: I'm no expert but I will attempt to help out where possible. If you've read it this far then you must know about how to get it working on a regular basis. Search around, google and be specific.Now the video. Friend of mine did 0-0).Now if you have an older version load it up, find your game, look at the code to enter, then enter it in. Thus, I walk backwards to keep it on my screen as long as possible. 1:58-2:17 Here I give replacing Ashley with Luis another go. At first it was cool, cuz he was shooting all the enemies, but then he got stuck on the fence and refused to move. He also continued shooting in one direction long after all of the enemies in the area were dead. Yup, this code's pretty glitchy.2:17-2:43 In my last video I showed the problem with going through the rolling boulder part with the walk thru walls code on. But you can bypass it if you follow these quick and easy steps. ;D2:43-2:51 An invisible wall (for Ashley) that I encountered while attempting to bypass the cabin fight.2:51-3:00 Just me going far out of bounds. The music here is K.K. Folk.The basement has my NES games, a bunch of the miniature models, and lots of miscellaneous items I've collected. The basement music is K.K. Love Song.I have never hacked my game or used an Action Replay. The Starman was an item that Nintendo released a code for. Everything else was acquired through normal means. The Mouth of Truth is a Gulliver item; the piggy bank was received after depositing ten million bells in the post office/bank; the town models were acquired through various holiday festivals and other events; and any duplicate items you see were ordered through Tom Nook's catalog. But why it's floating out of bounds, glowing like a hot coal, and invincible to bullets is anybody's guess.2:19-2:38-Zoom! I love this part. (The code for super speed works in minor cutscenes like this)2:38-2:41- Use "walk thru walls" to cross gaps, too! It also looks like the game gave me the option to "Get On" Ashley.2:41-4:12- Isn't there a law against operating heavy machinery while under the influence of death? I found it especially odd that I was almost killed when I ran in into it, because I was using the AR code for infinite health. At least the drivers had the decency to stop after they hit me.4:12-END- I prolly should have put this in an earlier video. Oh well.
