And i did this on the pc version. after defeating the final dragon boss, theres in a cut scene thing where on eof the heroes is telling you not to put the mask on. your only option is to destroy it or bring it back or something. if you dont push anything, the cut scene ends and you put it on. just dont push anything, thats what i did.
